Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly so please contact us at info@tamaraboston.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched. Once an order has shipped we are unable to modify or cancel it.
Will I receive a confirmation after ordering? Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is complete. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.

What sizes do you offer? We offer a range of sizes to suit different builds. You will find detailed sizing information on each product page. If you are unsure what fits you best, reach out and we will guide you personally based on the fit you want and how you like to wear your clothes.
Do you restock sold-out items? Some styles are limited and may not return. Popular pieces are restocked when possible. If something you love is sold out, keep an eye on the product page or reach out and we will let you know if and when it becomes available again.
Are your product photos accurate? We do our best to represent colors and details as accurately as possible. Please be aware that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. If you have questions about a specific product before ordering, just ask.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship? We currently ship within the United States only. From big cities to small towns, if you are in the US we have your delivery covered.
Do you offer free shipping? Absolutely. Every order ships free with no minimums and no hidden fees. Just place your order and we will take care of the rest.
How long does shipping take? Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. From there your order should arrive within 4 to 8 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you are still waiting after the expected delivery window just reach out and we will look into it immediately.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item in unused, unwashed, and original condition with tags intact for a full refund. No stress and no restocking fees.
How do I start a return? Simply email us at info@tamaraboston.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will walk you through the process and make it as smooth as possible.
How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect your return we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method and we will send you a confirmation email the moment it is done.
Who pays for return shipping? Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns or exchanges. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect we will cover the return shipping entirely, no questions asked.
I received a damaged or wrong item. What do I do? Please email us immediately at info@tamaraboston.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will make it right straight away at no cost to you.
