Our 30-Day Return Promise
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it. Whether the fit was not perfect or you simply changed your mind, we will take care of it.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags and packaging should be intact
- Returns must include proof of purchase — your order confirmation email works just fine
To start a return, simply email us at info@tamaraboston.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will walk you through the process and make it as smooth as possible.
Fast, Reliable Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, and we will send you a confirmation the moment it is done.
Please note:
- Original shipping is always free with no restocking fees and no surprise charges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns or exchanges
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
That should never happen, and if it does we want to fix it immediately. If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, email us right away at info@tamaraboston.com and we will make it right, no questions asked.
